What is G-Points?

How does it work?

It's easy to get started with G-Points and everything can be done from your G-Points online account.

Step One
Log into your G-Points account and invite your customers to use G-Points via the online form.
Step Two
Your customer will receive a welcome email, welcome pack and letter in the post containing their unique registration details.
Step Three
Calculate how many points to award to your customer on a monthly basis and assign the points easily on the G-Points website.
Step Four
Once your customer has registered their account, they can login at any time to check their points balance and spend their points!

On-Going Communication

The benefit of being part of a centrally driven scheme is that a lot of the marketing effort is driven by us, leaving you free to deal with the day to day runnings of the programme.

When you sign-up your customer to G-Points, they are added to our mailing list so will benefit from receiving a monthly email stating their points balance and giving them ideas of how they can spend their points.

These monthly communications act as a prompt for your customers to login and see what new rewards are on offer. It also gives you a chance to learn about the latest rewards, which is another conversation starter between you and your customer!

The G-Points reward catalogue can be accessed through the G-Points website at any time. Your customers can easily shop in the catalogue and individual rewards can be viewed in more detail. They can also save their most-loved rewards as a favourite simply by clicking the heart icon next to the reward.

We strive to keep the catalogue fresh, dynamic and exciting, so rewards are constantly being added and updated. We also have seasonal categories so your customers will always be spoilt for choice!

You can view the rewards catalogue from your own G-Points account, so you can encourage your customers to spend more with you in order to save up for the reward that they really want.

Hand deliver your customers' G-Points rewards

As a new feature on G-Points, you now have the option to request all of your customers’ G-Points rewards to be delivered to your Motor Factor. You can then hand deliver them to your customer which adds a personal touch to your G-Points programme.
